Shapes Of Things, originally recorded by Jeff Beck in the 1960's, was recut by Austin Underground Music as a response to the utter madness going on in the world today. The song was played "live in the studio" ( my living room ) with the audio track recorded as the stereo sound track on the Beta cam tape. It took about 24 takes to get enough video material for editing purposes. Editing was done at Pearlygates utilizing an AMD XP computer with Screen Play video editing software. The audio was tweeked in Cool Edit Pro 2. The video features DrewV on guitar, drummer Kevin Oest, vocalist/bass player, Robert Cunningham along with keyboardist, Tommi Rahkur and debuted on the Austin Music Network's. Best Of Austin Top 10 list at the #1 position.
