It's been roughly 50 years since America turned on. For all of that time peaceful pot smokers have been demonized and persecuted, labeled by whichever ruling party happened to be in power, as uncommon criminals, a threat to society and western civilization. Organized crime has had a feeding frenzy while their friends in high places made sure that their illegal pipeline of black market wealth flowed uninterrupted. When She Pleases
Recording was wrapped up with Texas born, former San Francisco based AUM member and good friend, Wayne "The Harp" Ceballos. The tune, "When She Pleases", was written by "The Harp" and he performs the vocals. Drums were provided by Rick Del Castillo of the Del Castillo band.
In the 60's, Wayne had been hanging out in the heart of Haight Ashbury, playing at the Filmore with his band AUM, joined on stage by the likes of Carlos Santana, Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin, and others. It is a fact now. The length of the day has shortened by 2.68 ms as a result of the 12/26/04 Sumatra earthquake. ( Check out NASA's website to read the article, posted 1/10/2005 ) Funny, the Mayans knew about the days literally becoming shorter centuries ago. They also determined the end of the present age ( a 26,000 year trip around the center of our universe, it's called precession) as being December 21, 2012, a time, when time itself is suspended. Who knows? Dream good things!
